Most people prefer the Comptech flywheel because it has less dynamic parts that may lead to damage. They are all good products though.

There are some pretty big threads about this over at s2ki.com I would do a search and get some info. Generally there is slightly improved throttle response which makes rev matching between shifts a bit easier.

go with the comptech.... lots of praise on them...and they work well with a act clutch and the stock presure plate... it's a rather cost effective setup...

I think this poster was switched around. The common package is OEM clutch disk, ACT pressure plate and Comptech fly wheel. This is also the package being sold by Hardtopguy.

The old clutch problem was due to spring tension on the clutch disk leading to decel rattle. The new oem disks are generally good quality for an NA application.

I am running Spoon and the throttle response is a bit sharper and revs are faster.
