Default I have Tokico Illumina suspension: is it ok to leave it on five in the front?

I lowered my car (Skunk2 coil overs) and I'm wondering if it's OK to leave it on five for regular street driving to and from work. I do like to pound turns here and there on my way to and from work as well.

Why 5 for daily driving? That is such a rough ride....
