i just thought i would share this cuz we keep hearin about honda/acura gettin stolin and now MAYBE it might slow down last nite in sd (imperial beach) 3 minors were tryin to break into a guys car (turbo neon...oh well) and the guy heard the noise he came out blastin he hit 2 of the kids and i think he killed 1. but the other guy that got shot left a trail of blood leading to his house (about a block away) so they caught the thieves!!!!!!!! the fucked up part is the guy who shot them is in jail also for using deadly force: 1: they didnt oppose a threat (they were just breakin in to the car,and that's not a physical threat) 2: he kept shooting them as they were runnin away. i hope he gets off alot of people said they would testafy on his behalf and they showed his car it had a military sticker (i.d) on front windshield so i hope that makes a few peples day it did mine

if they go to trial and the jurors drive hondas and acuras and theyre like under 30yrsold, im sure the guy will get out no problem. if they all got old people who drive luxury then hes fucked.

Moron, people dont let him off because he has the same car as them. He will face the full extent of the laws he in violation of. I would expect no less from any other situation.

Yeah, a car is worth a lot, but even the shittiest human life is worth way more. Hurting someone for breaking into your car is one thing - I would find that acceptable - but killing someone is completely out of the question. He deserves the full term for his crime.

Also, killing over a car has got to be one of the most rediculous things I've ever heard of. Yes, it's wrong for someone to take your hard earned property. Is it worth them losing their lives over though? No.

To all of you who are being E-hard about the situation, I bet it would be different if your cousin or even child had been killed in this situation. Everyone makes mistakes. Getting shot down for stealing isn't right.
