i just thought i would share this cuz we keep hearin about honda/acura gettin stolin and now MAYBE it might slow down last nite in sd (imperial beach) 3 minors were tryin to break into a guys car (turbo neon...oh well) and the guy heard the noise he came out blastin he hit 2 of the kids and i think he killed 1. but the other guy that got shot left a trail of blood leading to his house (about a block away) so they caught the thieves!!!!!!!! the fucked up part is the guy who shot them is in jail also for using deadly force: 1: they didnt oppose a threat (they were just breakin in to the car,and that's not a physical threat) 2: he kept shooting them as they were runnin away. i hope he gets off alot of people said they would testafy on his behalf and they showed his car it had a military sticker (i.d) on front windshield so i hope that makes a few peples day it did mine

glad they got caught but nobody deserves to be killed over some **** like that, yeah sure i'dsay i'd like to kill whoever stole mad **** out of my rex but a car isnt worth somebody's life.

If they dont want consequcnes, they shouldn't be trying to break the law and be a lazy worthless waste of space and steal someone's hard earned ****. I would've shot them too.

 

Killin gthem saves the taxpayer money for the time spent in jail.
The only alternative is legalised slavery...

Naw Naw! Killing them may save tax payer money. But it costs 50,000 just to keep a person in jail. Like for the Food, Clothes, etc. And that 50 k comes from taxes. haha! Iono i would have shot them, but not kill them. And the dude will go to jail. I don't know we was talking about a similar subject like this. But i doubt he will get a long sentence. welcome to my nieghborhood gentleman and ladies. Down in San ysidro/Nestor/ IB/Chula vista. You **** with someone's ride they are out to kill. I wouldn't know i haven't had to kill anyone. But when i had my car stolen straight off the school campus. I was ready to kill....Fortunately for me it was just a joy ride. It doesn't surprise me it happened in IB, everything down there is off limits. Especially when you are so close to the TJ River(esturary) &lt;--can't spell. Stealing is inevitable, killing is preventable.

Depends on state i think, but unleashed dogs = no no in most states -manslaughter charges

 

i think in texas he wouldnt be charged with anything...

there is a law that if you try and steal property at night you can be killed...there was a case about this, when someone killed a repo man who was "stealing" the guys truck off of his property...

i think we need laws like that in the entire country...

i'm with ya. i have a bike as well; theives are always a point of aggrivation for me. with thefts rates so high in san diego, i'm all for putting a couple of them in the ground. i worked to pay for my stuff, they are working to take it away when its not theirs. couple guys were trying to steal bikes off a military base here a month ago or so; they were shot. 1 dead, 1 injured or something. fairly sure the guy who shot them got off.

Just like horse thieves in the old west. You steal you hang. If they were breaking into a car they knew they could get shot. What do you think they thought it was ok? They new if they got caught anything could happen. I'd personaly love to catch someone breaking into my car. If they were lucky I'd let the dog on them if unlucky they too might get a cap in the ***. You wake up in the middle of the night with someone breaking into your car. What are you gonna do? Yell at them? call the cops and wait and hour? Hell the thieve know where you live and what you drive you know nothing about them. They might even be packing. People get shot for purses and wallets, they arn't worth as much as a car. They know what they are doing and made their choice. I have no problem with that guy if he would have killed all 3. Just 3 less thieves in the world. 3 less that we'll have in prison in a few years. Get it over with early and save the money.

latest i've heard is the theives came at the guy while on the bike so he shot out of "self defense"

 

the thieves have more right then the oweners who they are stealing the car from.
