All kidding aside, are you sure it's the oil cap your trying to remove? Have you removed it before? And... are you turning it the right way? "Lefty loosy, righty tighty"?
I'd suggest getting a wood dowel, placing it tangentially on one of the ****-like stubby things on the oil cap, and whacking the other end with a rubber mallet to unscrew it.

I've done this before too... I just manage to tighten it too tight (though it feels snug when you're tightening it down)... go to take it off and you're like "damn! did I somehow use an impact gun on this sucker?!?"

you probably cross threaded it, take a look at the threads and if you damaged it i'd replace it cause if your oil gets out say good bye to the motor!!
