Default 15.2 @ 89 B18A1

i went to the track last nite went a 15.2 @ 89 with a b18a1 in my 90 si hatchback

was on street tires pulling 2.3 60' foots
the motor is bone stock

no exhaust, stock air box, stock everything,
besides the swap
i had no weight redux at all

i was pleased

not bad you should be able to drop that to a low 14 or maybe lower with just bolt ons did you have any wheelspin.
wat did you launch at..

sounds good like said above you should be able to get it alot lower with bolt ons.

i had the two-step set at 3k atndwas holding the throttle half way down and as soon as the tires stop spinning i floored it seem to work great

my buddys 00 hatch went 14.5 with a b16a2..you should be able to pull of low 14's

Untrue, I went 14.60 same exact setup w/ 22x8 M&H's

get some slicks and you might be as fast as my stock LS .

Depending on elevation your b18 will outrun my b16. Don't matter too much to me though.

do ls/vtec or just port and polish the head ......I ran a 14.2 at track back like two months ago i have a sohc non vtec zc with nos, header, intake, muffler...with cheap falken 502's.......75 shot

Because it is that friggin easy! And before I forget, NOS is a brand name, nitrous is the term we prefer here, and if we are feeling really geaky, we can always shoot for some NO2.

Decent time's! they will get faster!

I managed 14.7's with ebay intake and a thermal cat back on my 91 crx si with an LS in it.

14.7 @ 92mph, 2.1 60's on factory tires.

nice times! i'm hoping for similar results when i swap my Ls into my crx, and then some when i add the Supercharger to it . up for boost and 15.2 times on a stock B18a1. good times bro!

15.2 is that on street tires? on my bone stock ls in my crx hf i ran 14.6 on slicks ..... my street tires were way too bald to make a pass on those bitches....what kind of dyno #s is that beast puttin down... my ls made 134 hp and 126 tq

With a trap speed of only 89MPH, low 14's are not likely in even the best of conditions as far as traction.

Very true. My best MPH w/ my stock LS was 90. The E.T on that run was 14.60 w/ a 2.0 60'.

yea get all the bolt ons, a bigger manifold and some crower 404's and youll definatley get low low 14's like 14.1's and stuff

yeah something is wrong with that mph, my brother hit 89 mph on a stock si crx and ran a 15.34...get that engine breathing better and run a 14 already
