I got a Cold Air intake from a friend of mine, I believe it fits the H22,(I have a 94 EX) everything lines up correctly only thing is that the 02 sensor is too big to fit in if I drilled a hole trying to widen the hole would that hurt anything or are there any real potential problems?

nope, just be sure that the sensor will stay in and take it off the intake manifold before you drill, and clean it out the intake piping after (engine + metal shavings= bad ****)
