Default Engine won't start, Need help willing to pay

Vehicle is 93 integra GS. Replaced spark plugs with new ones. Engine won't start. Replaced distributor with a 94 distributor. Able to drive car home. Now car won't start. No engine light is on, I do smell fuel, the start cranks, battery not low, I do get sparks, oil light does go off. No vaccum leaks, all the grounds are clean. Is it my ignition timing or not enough air?

Need help. willing to pay if someone can fix it. Located in the bay area.

I tried push starting the car but no luck. Been raining lately so no chance to tow it to the shops. Local shops offer to fix the problem for $800. They don't even know what wrong.

Are you saying that your car wouldnt start, then you put the 94 dizzy on and it started then drove home, and now wont start at all? If this is the case then there must be some kind of correlation with the dizzy. Maybe the crank angle? or bearings in the dizzy could be seized?

If you wanna check out the dizzy, take the cap off and you should be able to turn it freely, if not it's most likely seized the whole shaft.

plug in your ecu and check the engine light signals to tell whats wrong. if you need to find the ECU plug its under the dash and heres where you can find codes.http://www.integra.orcon.net.nz/ecucodes
