weird idle....wtf???

weird idle....wtf???
My car's been acting funny ever since I changed the clutch and flywheel. It'll drive fine, but when I come to a stop the idle sits at 1500rpms for like 30 seconds, then drops to 1000 for a couple seconds then settles to 500. What's going on?
