I just bought a 93 integra,and the first 500 miles it drove great.Ok, here's the problem. When i shift gears, the gears aren't as responsive as they used to be. So when i shift to third,i get high RPM's without torque,if that makes sense. I have a stage 2 clutch and flywheel , other than that it's pretty much stock with the basic bolt-ons. ANY IDEAS??????

 

how new is the clutch? sounds like it might be slipping from your description.

 

what's up man, Nashville, did you come to the meet back in August?

Anyway when you shift, does the engine speed stay high after you engage the next gear, and then slowly come down to where it should be? If so that is clutch slippage.
