Default engine building

hey guys (n gals if there are any)
i have a 91 civic si that i put a y7 in a while back but since then i have spun a bearing and found myself rebuilding the engine. long story short i got my stuff back from the machine shop today and they had to weld my crank, well, its now
-10 under standard bore, my question is where can i find a spec listing showing what sized main bearings i need to get, i work at a parts store and the only ones i can get are either std,.25 or. 50 (o'reilly auto parts is not very honda friendly)
so i want to get them strait from honda but have no idea what to buy, should i plastigauge my old bearings ( the rods were piggy backed and welded together but the mains are fine) and go from there or check the clearance with no bearings and compensate the difference? any ideas would be helpful.

i was also wondering if the factory service manual covers bearing specs, i found a pda online but it was no help, i'm going up to honda today to see what they say.
