stupid qes. on zex kit

hi im running 55 shoot in my 92 accord ex with 95 vtec head im getting bored and dont want to run to high of shoot. Should i change it to 65 shoot and if i do will it be a big difference from 55 shoot

go to the 65 its not going to make a big difference but it will help why not just go up to the 75
