Is the hole blocked/stripped/threaded??? We need more information.
If you can remove and install your own headers you should be able to answer this question.
Those exhaust studs come out all the time... just screw it back in with 22 ft/lbs of tq.

2 bucks for a new stud give or take, but getting it out could cost you 10 bucks at a muffler shop or find someone with a reverse drill bit and take it out.
and its header not headers.
and im willing to bet that when you installed that header you didnt follow the proper removal pattern. move in then out and then out then in for reinstall or was it the other way around.

Start it up and if it sounds like a diesel truck don't drive. If it sounds normal take it to someone that knows what there doing and don't drive until they fix it. Either way u need to fix it asap. U could do it yourself, but if you were capable of this u probably would have already done it.

lol, ive been running with my stud broken in that exact same place for a while. doesnt leak as far as i can tell. i did use some sealant on it. i do want to fix it but i know its gonna be a pain in the *** and ive been putting it off, ive got the stud and everything
I had the same problem at the exact location. Tap out broken stud and replace with a new one. If you are afraid of doing it, have a friend, who know what he doing, help you out.
LOL im laughing so hard cuz this poor kid is so paniced about a broken bolt. Like the people that werent too busy making fun of you said "Get an extractor"
Homedepot... ask around, someone will tell you how to use it. It takes some elbow grease so if you're afraid you're permanently damage the engine you wont succeed... So my advice is to stop being a ***** and drill that ****** out
it wont leak fluids.. just make sure you're drilling the bolt and not the block. An exhuast leak is all that will be wrong with your car until you fix it, you'll probably be fine if you didnt remove other bolts. Muffler shops will fix lil **** like that for you for cheap so long as you don't go in there saying words like "thingy" in which case they will charge you 50$
anything more than 20 and you know you look like a sucker. K
