I bet you it's the third brake light that is causing all of the rattling. I pulled mine out, cleaned it, and then put a piece of fabric on the plastic part that mounts near the glass. Rattling is solved.
Check that out.

in the middle of my rear panel the one the rear speakers are mounted to it oes up a lil bit kinda shaped like a ramp maybe 2" wide anyway that hits the glass first I stuff some foam on top there and it mostly stops. I dont have a 3rd brake light just the one on the factory spoiler .
It seems like it is anchored near the rear of the seats and not where it meets up with the glass. trying to think of a way to hold it down

My 3rd breaklight rattled. I superglued a thin piece of packing foam to the lip of the plastic and the buzz stopped. The window is all tinted now, so I could stick a pillow in the middle an nobody would notice.
I just dont think preludes..well 4th gen anyway...were meant to have systems in them. Trunk rattles way too much. Speakers are awesome when placed in the back seat, no rattle, but as i experienced last summer, if you leave your sytem in the backseat it WILL get stolen.

i dynamatted the whole trunk it sound extremely clean just the deck bounces around too juch looking for idead to improve my solution of foam i have no tint so you see it
obviously things will rattle. if the deck was just left alone without foam the deck actually will hit the glass just like the spaeker 50 times a sec 50 Hz
just looking for an i dea to hold it down without using foam .

use panel pops(the things that hold ur doors on.) Drill a hole thru ur deck cover and metal then push the pop thru. place it right behind the third brake light. If ur deck is black then spraypaint the pop black so it"ll blend in.
