Default help i lied so sorry help help POS wont start

Okay due to the amount of alcohol that i have been consuming. i often write things that are not true, like my car is running. i beg your humblest forgiveness for i have no clue why this thing won't start. OKAY,

The timing belt broke and obviously bent valves(Designated Driver night), i decided that while the car was down i might as well do the 5 speed swap while i am at it. i purchased everything written i my thread the official 5 speed swap forum. i put the "new" head back on and connected everything. put the tranny in and all that. starter was hooked up and all the connectors on the head and intake manifold were reconnected. The ECM was swapped out and the TCM was unplugged from the car. The shift linkage and all the pedals were swapped/replaced. i have tried just about everything i can think there is no fire and no power to the fuel pump, but the engine turns over and will continue to do so untill the battery runs down. i am in such dire need of help it is unbelievable. Once again, i am sorry for the misleading/lying! please help me out the ECM is okay and so is the PGM-FI relay, as i have already checked them out. the fuel pump is okay as i have 2 and both with the same result and they also test just fine.I replaced the relay with a new one and the ECM was used as a test one at a local tuner shop when it was open. Took it back and watched him test it in his own car.

i'll try to take a look in a wiring book tomorrow and see if there is something that you might have missed. what year and model, and what ecu did you swap in? did you change out the engine wiring harness or did you just unplug the auto trans connectors?

Answers to these questions will better help us help you. There are a couple of things that need wiring for it to work properly.
Without knowing what exactly the problem is I suggest you go through This write up step by step, and make sure you have everything done.

if there is no fire and no power to the fuel pump...quit turning over your car untill the battery dies, because it wont start anyway....

just check all the fuses, and if the fuel pump is not getting power, it is prolly not, retrace wires and see if anything is disconnected.

I did not just turn the car over until the battery died it was a figure of speech. We had to tow the car to the house in the dark(it was over at a friends house)so the flashers were on as were the headlights. I had the key on to test voltage. The ecm came from the same model as my car '94. the auto plugs were left unplugged and i was informed by a man who has done honda swaps for many many years that the plugs were "dead" no power going to them or sending of a signal because of the lack of the TCM and the new ECM.
The car is a 1994 lude Si with the H23 and has a 94 tranny and ecm
DUH no fuses blown

one quick thing i just thought about, did you put all the ground wires to the engine and transmission back on. i don't think the auto transmissions have a frame mounted ground strap, but the manuals do
