help me build my B20B
I recently swapped a B20B in my G1 Integra with a B16 cable tranny. I would like to put down 175 or so to the wheels and was wondering how I could get there with my motor. What mods would you guys do to my motor to get 175whp out of it reliably??
PnP B16 head.
Sleeve the block for safety i'd say
Jun stage 3 Cams
Rods and High C/R pistons (JE, CP, whoever).
Will make 170 easy.
Friend with stock B20B Block and b16 head (stock) put down 158whp easily with minimal tuning (just a FPR and hondata).

I forgot to add I dont want to go vtec. I would like to get as close as possible to 175whp using the B20B block and head. So far all I have is a AEM sri and a JDM DC 2.5" header with a Greddy SP2 exhaust. I love how hard this motor pulls down low for being basically stock.
For non-vtec try to get a P8R head (comes stock with 33mmvalves and its nonvtec)
and some 404's with a Pnp and maybe some 11.1pistons and you should be at 180+. Otherwise use the stock head pnp/404's shave it 0.030 or so to get around 9.5:1 a decent header and good tunning and 160-170 is possible maybe more depending. hope that helps.
forgot to add get some Valvesprings/Retainers for the 404's as well.
