I think wetsanding and buffing are the least of your concerns. You don't even have a rough uniform color. Buffing and wetsanding won't fix that.

Are you using a basecoat with no clearcoat?

That's what it looks like you're trying to do

 

looks like theres not enough paint, how many coats did you spray on?

 

Looks to me like you need clear coat. Who painted it for you. Plus not diggin on the Z3 fenders.

 

yea you definitely need a clear coat..... i think your camera made the picture look kinda funny...

 

If you didn't primer it, you need to strip it all off, primer it and then recoat it. That's probably why it looks uneven, and if you didn't primer, it's going to chip and flake off really easy.

 

I say take a better picture...what paint did you use? what was the whole prepwork and painting process you took?

 

id say sand it, reprime, repaint then wetsand with some 1500-2000 grit. thes a harsh paint job man. my primer is less splotchy and its out of a can.

painting takes alot of practice. maybe its a good thign that you fucked it up so now this time around it may be better.

Looks like crap. Wetsanding will not help by itself. After you wetsand, you should shoot on a coat or two of clear, then wetsand again.
