stock d16y8 gasket with alot of copper seal

 

oem is the best....
Spray about 3 coats of copper on both sides..Gives u a good seal

On a boosted, built, d16z6

 

oem, u shouldnt be raising ur compression by thiner headgasket... bigger pistons yo

 

how high are you planning on boosting? I would suspect that the stock Y8 HG w/ copper spray & decent tuning would be sufficiant fo a decent amount of boost. If you are planning on getting crazy w/it then you would need other options. I suggest that you ask this in the FI forum....

I will run probably over 14 psi
