Turbonetics or Garrett T3/T04B?


Any comments or suggestions as to which brand to choose? This would be going on a 00 D16Y8 with the following:

Drag Mani
Tial 38mm WG
Tial or Greddy Type S BOV (havent decided yet)
Edelbrock Performer X intake mani with bored b series TB (62mm)
DRAG FMIC
SRP 9:1 pistons
SCAT rods
P/P head with crower valve springs and retainers
P28 w/ uberdata

My goals are 250 WHP on my daily driven coupe... now if I can achieve more at 10-14 psi then so be it
