Adjusting TPS on h22a1

Adjusting TPS on h22a1
(yes ive searched for this)
Im not quite sure how to adjust the TPS on my H22a1, if you can help please post back soon.
I know how to test the voltage and its reading high on close throttle (like .7) and its reading 4.5 at WOT. My engine jumps up to 3,000rpm (and sticks there) on a regular basis and im pretty sure its because of the TPS. If you tap the pedal it will somtimes drop back down to normal idle (1,000rpm). So im wondering how do i adjust the voltage? I've got my throttle body off and i can see the two screws that are on the TPS. I also have my dremel.. i just dont wanna cut into something that im not sure about. So if someone could give me some instruction on adjusting the voltage I would be appreciative. Thanks in advance.
(also i have the Helms for 1994 prelude but i couldnt find instruction on adjusting the tps voltage)
