Default Need MAP Sensor Stock Replacement Help (95 Civic EX)

I need some help. The MAP sensor has gone bad on my 1995 Civic EX (D16Z6). I traded MAP sensors with a friend of mine for a spare one he had floating around. It didn't work. Now, I don't have the orginal sensor on the motor anymore. Hence my problem. I have since tried to buy used sensors, but I've found that I need to know the numbers on the sensor its self to get the right one.

Should be a number like: 079800-XXXX

1. Does anyone know of the right MAP sensor number for my motor?
2. Does anyone know if other motor MAP sensors will work?
3. Is there a way (for a backyard mechanic) to test if the sensor is any good?
4. Once a working MAP sensor is installed, what is the procedure to reset the computer (to get the check engine light to go off - so I can get my car inspected)

Thank and let me know if you need any more info - this has been driving me nuts for two months and I can't afford the $250 for a new MAP sensor.....
