Compression ratio is dif as well as hp/tq the b20b is about 8.8:1 has 126hp/133tq @ 5400/4300 & b20z is 9.6:1 & rates @ 146hp/133tq @ 4500. Redline on b20b is 6200, b20z is 6700. Intake cam on b20z is ~.3mm larger, exhaust cam has larger lobe center. The intake manifolds are slightly dif as well.same bore/stroke size. The B20Z comes with a knock sensor. B20B has no knock sensor.

I have seen some springs/ sleeves on ebay before, I'd say the stock springs are fine if you want to preserve ride/stability, but you can get some koni ajustables, or KYB oem replacements for a solid ride, w/ oem-like comfort. the kyb's are about 1/2 inch shorter so it keeps the springs tightly coiled, making handling very nice without dramatically lowering the vehicle.
