Default Idle screw question.

My car has been idleing very low lately, so I looked in my chiltons manuel for a picture of the idle screw. The picture wasn't very good in the book, and I can't even locate it under my hood. Could someone please post a picture of where the idle adjustment screw is on a d16z6 ej1. Thanks.

its hard to spot cuz its usually covered up in some white gunk

they do this to keep it from backing out,
and because its not actually supposed to be adjusted!!

if your idle is low, its probably because something is wrong, unless the idle screw SOMEHOW backed itself out(highly doubtful) you're better off fixing whats wrong in the first place instead of trying to cover it up by raising the idle screw.

Well, I'm not getting any CELs, and for some reason I can't check codes (I put a paper clip in, and my SRS light just flashes). What else could be wrong?

Looking from the passenger side fender facing directly towards your throttle body.. you will see it. It's going to use a flathead screwdriver.

Do not turn this screw to much.. turn it in very tiny segments and each time after you adjust this screw pull your 7.5amp backup fuse in the engine bay to reset the idle.
