Default itr hatch resale value?

what is the resale of a complete stock interior/exterior 94 white cx with a jdm 98spec itr swap with few dings on the driver side fender? i know aftermarket parts dont raise the resale value and thats why the whole car is left stock so the new owner can make it their own project car. only the engine has been changed.

whats the going rate for this in california?

I suppose 5k.

Thats only because thats what the motor is worth. If you sell through a dealer theyll give you like 2500 or less.

Friend has a '92 VX. '01 USDM ITR swap (34k). I/H/E/VAFC. stock brakes. stock susp. lowering springs. 15" Rotas. Stock interior converted to black. Del Sol seats. Kenwood deck. Hatch is clean and well maintained. He wants $8500. While it is in great shape, I feel it is worth more like $7-7500. He essentially wants what he has into it. For his asking price you can usually find a clean hatch like his with a GSR brake set-up, and some aftermarket susp. at he minimum.

Just advertise for $8000. Make sure it's BARed and smogged legally and someone will buy it for $7k+.

Actually the cost of the swap is what.... 4500 and then 500 for a rolling shell with interior.

Seems like a fair price to me.

If it runs good and has no problems and the car itself is clean you can probably get 6-7k at most.
