Default o2 CEL problem need help ASAP!!!!!98 civic dx

Alright i put on a header a while ago . then i got my extender wires from dc headers. Put on a front o2 sensor (thanks jeremy) then put on the rear. and the check engine light wouldnt shut off. I reset it many times and no luck.

So i thought **** it. Took the entire stock exuast and o2 sensors froma stock honda civic same make and model as mine. check engine light didnt shut off. hooked it to a computer. it said the rear o2 sensor wasnt reading. put the stock exuast back on the other car started it..No cel's.
WTF!?

So then I went and bought an o2 simulator from o2 simulators.com Wired it all up today..led lit up( led shows that the sensor is wire correctly and is working) Yea NO! Still throws the CEL.

Anyone have any Ideas? Im wonderin if something in the ecu is wrong? I need to get my car Inspected before the 1st. So if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.

If anyone has a good 96-00 dx computer laying around please let me know thanks

robbieshonda@aol.com is my email

So you took the entire exhaust off of another car but failed to swap ECU's while you were at it? That sounds pretty dumb. Are you sure you have the rear O2 sensor wired correctly? What engine do you have in your car?

its a y7. i put the exaust on to go get my car inspected and try to shut off th cel so changing the ecu from that car at the time was pointless. and it wasnt my car. and yes o2 sensor is wired right because it plugs in and the extenders are wired right as well.
