civic si clutch
Exedy organic is a nice stock replacement. Slightly stiffer, and their parent company supplies OEM clutches for Honda.
Maybe consider a race clutch depending on your friend's driving. How long did it last?

If he's blowing stock clutches with only those 2 mods, he's driving it like it raped his sister.. He's going to need a beefier clutch than an OEM replacement Exceedy clutch. There are upgrades out there so look into them...do a search on here and you'll find loads of them.
