Default Swap won't run unless throttle is open, HELP!

Can't figure out why my car won't start unless throttle is open. When released the car dies, anyone know what could be the problem?

See if the idle valve on the bottom of the throttle body is working correctly, or else just adjust the idle screw that opens up the butterfly a little bit.

But honestly, with the problem you guys are having, it's more important to make sure that everything is connected properly and that the motor has the right ecu (or chip) running it. You shouldn't need to adjust that screw to open the tb to make it idle. Good luck.
