key on, no fuel pump kick on?????? electrical gurus, i need help
just put a poor man itr in the crx, but when i turn the key, the fuel pump doesnt charge and build pressure. i jumped the pump and it tested fine, built pressure. I tested my main relay, and have a few of them and they all work. is there a sensor that tells the ecu to give the wire power to the pump to kick on?? or a sensor that is not allowing it to turn on? i have three ecus as well, so i know its not that either.
Thats what I would do and make sure all the wires and that type of stufff is connected. Because I once disconnected that wire to my fuel pump an ddidnt figure it out til 20 minutes later
I had this problem when i dropped in my Ls, we were stumped as hell so we decided to try another ecu, and it kicked on so i ditched the bad ecu and kept the good one and it has been working fine ever since.
main relay? Isnt that what its called? Controls fuel injectors correct? Just trying to point in a direction dont know if its right direction though

i also have gotten two new entire car harnesses to see if that was it, so i am almost posative its not the wiring....three different harnesses,. three different fuse boxes.... this has been a yucky experiance

In addition to the fuse, there is a ground in the back that is required as well. I had that ground come off once and couldn't figure out what the hell was wrong for literally days.
Check the fuses though. When my fuel pump fuese blew, it was VERY difficult to tell because of the way it blew. Keep in mind it is the fuse that is labeled for something totally different.
