Default Help!! Swap Wont Run

I just finished my swap of a 98 GSR motor into a 96 Coupe. I used the stock harness from the 1.6 vtec motor, and extended wires as necessary. It started, so I shut it down and finished running all the coolant lines and added coolant. I went in restarted it, and then went to hit the gas and it died. It has not restarted since. It still cranks but just wont fire. There is spark and fuel. The crank is still lined up at top dead center as are the cam gears. It has skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 intake manifold, rc 440cc injectors and hondata. Would could my problem be any help will be appreciated.
The only thing not wired up is the o2 sensor

ahhh.. I believe you put an OBD2 engine to an OBD1 ecu. Try changing those or going to a hondata, uberdata, or even just getting a new computer.

It sounds like you started it without any coolant the first time, that'll do it for ya, depends on how long you let it idle. check your injectors, and plugs, replace them if needed and retry

that is not a problem and it does not matter,... all that would matter to this is that it is wired correctly.

hondaZvic, yeah actually I have code 4, crankshaft postion sensor, I understand it is in the distributor, now my question is where. I actually have an obdI ls distributor and I dont like the cut leg deal so I would rather just swap out the sensor if possible. Another question would be, if I squirt some gas into the intake manifold (I know real backyard mechanic ) it starts and runs all the way till it warms up and then if I hit the gas (like whack it real quick) its wants to stall, but if I rev up slowly it will go, haven't gone higher than 3 grand b/c I want to break everything in. So does that sensor affect start up?????
