Default Swap Wont Run

I just finished my swap of a 98 GSR motor into a 96 Coupe. I used the stock harness from the 1.6 vtec motor, and extended wires as necessary. It started, so I shut it down and finished running all the coolant lines and added coolant. I went in restarted it, and then went to hit the gas and it died. It has not restarted since. It still cranks but just wont fire. There is spark and fuel. The crank is still lined up at top dead center as are the cam gears. It has skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 intake manifold, rc 440cc injectors and hondata. Would could my problem be any help will be appreciated.

The only thing not wired up is the o2 sensor

I don't know dog, sorry to hear about that. There are some hoses that people normally miss. I would double check. If nothing else try stock parts to get it going then add in after market. You'll need that o2 censor, they're expensive though.

if you have spark and fuel the only two componets left are timing and compression. I'd check those.

check and make sure the ecu is connected all the way.

i have that problem on my car, it just keeps turning over with fuel and spark. then i messed with the ecu wires (pressed them in hard as possible) and it turned on

Well the car ran and I didn't touch a thing, it idled twice like I said without a problem, so obviously the compression and timing were good. The ecu was not touched either, I mean I will check all this stuff, but is there anything possible to look for. The reason for the injectors is for nitrous down the road, once everything has broken in. Any other suggestions will be helpful thiank you.

Question about the cam gears they are pointing straight up at top dead center but on the side there is small circles with a line through them on each one are these supposed to line up also when the cam gears are at top dead center?

if it dies when you hit the gas it could be your TPS. what codes, if any, are you throwing?

I just talk to skunk2 and they said that I might have jumped a tooth and to check that, is that possible? Also with the tps, it won't start up again though. Thats the only thing that gets me and leads me to believe what skunk2 says might be right.

Well I ran the codes and got a code for crank position sensor, (I have the obdII to obdI harness from skunk2). So would that cause the car not start? Wondering if the sensor is bad and which one it is because I have an obdI distributor that I could take the sensor out of, its an ls so I don't want to cut the leg and put it on the car I would rather switch out the sensor, A Picture Would Be Nice, if possible.

the s2 harness should not keep it from starting, my friend had it on his 00Si for nearly a year till he sold the car, and it started perfectly

ya, the injector are way to big, its gonna run really rich. But ya, cheack all the grounds, and if the timing belt jumped a tooth, it would still run, but it would run like **** and not be very safe either with skunk 2's, might bend a valve.
