Default Which Header and ECU for B20/vtec assembly?

I've been building my set-up for a few months now and I'm still trying to decide on which header and ECU I am wanting to use. I want to get Hondata, but I think for now I am going to run a programmed ECU so I can save up for s200. Here is the setup:

b20z bottom end, stock internals
ARP rod bolts and head studs
GSR head w/ 3 angle valve job
Exedy Organic Disk Clutch kit
Fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel
Golden Eagle LS/Vtec lines and 84mm head gasket
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
Apex'i World Sport Series II exhaust
J's Racing C/F Intake
Apex'i V-AFC

I was considering the JDM 4-1, but I want something a little more extreme for my setup as far as bolt ons. Any suggestions? AN-R? Hytech? I don't want to spend the money for SMSP, out of my broke *** price range.

I need suggestions of the ecu though. I have been told that the b20 doesn't come with a knock sensor, so running a stock DOHC VTEC ecu would hinder my performance slightly. Can anyone make any suggestions about something makeshift until I get Hondata?

Let me know asap, I am picking up my shell sometime this week hopefully
