Where to chip ECU in socaL?
ok my friend just went Ls/vtec and he bought a P28 ecu but needs to get it chipped so it would work. its gonna be a stock ls/vtec set up. what would be a good rpm for vtec to kick in and a good redline ?
also im located in west covina. is there any shops in socal that can chip it? how much do they usually charge? and how long would it take?
thanks
