i searched for this and couldnt find anything, if you know of another thread on this sorry but i couldnt find it. okay so heres my problem. ive got a 97 civic, occasionally my headlights will flicker. they will get brighter than they should be, theyll be that way for about 2 seconds then go back to normal for a few seconds.. and they will keep doing that for a few minutes. basically it looks like im flashing my brights. and theres no pattern to it either. sometimes it will happen right after i start driving, sometimes it wont happen until ive been driving for a while. also all the lights on my dash do the same thing. but nothing else has problems(power windows, power sunroof, cd player). its probably something really simple im just overlooking. any ideas?

 

Check all of your ground wires.
