greddy turbos?
what all exactly comes with the greddy turbo kit for the 92-95 civics? it says fuel management but is that just injectors? cuz i plan on only running maybe 6-7 psi. cuz i want a turbo but i need this motor to last ahwile. i know thats not much psi but should that be low enough that it shouldnt do ne damage to my motor without internalts being modified? plus what all is needed after the greddy turbo kit after installing to making it run right?
sorry for such dome ?s but just getting into this FI so you can flame all you want but i gotta start somewhere

if i'm not mistaken, it comes with injectors and the "blue box" to control the injectors. Thats prettt much your fuel managment. The greddy kits are very reliable for 6-7 psi.
so im not gonna need to buy into hondata or a v-afc. next question is. what is a good brand of gauges like ur a/f ratio oil pressure. all that
thanks man

Well, makdaddynuge...I believe you are mistaken. It's the 96+ EX 19t greddy kit that comes with 310cc injectors and e-manage. The 92-95 kit runs on the "blue box" fcu and utilizes your stock injectors. I agree that the kit is reliable at lower psi's, though. I've been running mine on the box for over a year with no reliability problems and pretty good gas mileage.
On a side note, I'm actually trying to sell my car. I'm having problems selling it with the turbo kit, so I think I'm going to start parting it out. If you want to buy my used greddy kit off of me with the blue box FCU, PM me and I'll link you to some pics of it.

gauges are gauges, pretty much. Some look cooler than others, but they all provide the same basic function. Some people have negative opinions of autometer boost gauges, and I think all air/fuel gauges reading the stock o2 are pretty worthless...But, then again, with no Wideband, what are you gonna do?
so the 92-95 greddy kits come with the blue box but no injectors? so everything that comes with it basicaly will be good enough for 6 or 7 psi? and for gauges ill just need to buy a pillar? and wuts that whole wideband all a bout? i dont understand that part.

i would scrap that "blue box" fcu because it is garbage. Run uberdata, its cheap and you can have it tuned. No matter what FI your running, its always crucial to have your car tuned, you will gain performance and reliability. I have some 460cc injectors for sale if your interested.
uberdata is basically hondata right? well the thing there is i live like 5 hours away from any dyno machine which blows so that is whats holding me back from hondata
yeah, hondata and uberdata are cool if you have the means by which to tune them....(wideband, chipped ecu, chip burner, or in my case obd2>obd1 conversion) I know the standard honda-tech opinion is that the blue box "sucks." There are a lot of wagon-jumpers who've never used the blue box though. For me, it's been really reliable. I get good gas mileage, no check engine lights on my obd2 car, and since I'm only running modest boost, I don't feel like I'm losing out on that much by using the blue box. Now...if I wanted to run 10, 11, 12+ psi of boost, that'd be another story. But, for right now I'm happy with it because the car runs fine and it was easy to install.
Either way is fine...depending on what you're going to do. Hell, there's a guy in the classifieds that ran 11's on a STOCK b16 swap and an FMU'd drag kit in an eg.

its just a generic base map for that specific motor. Every motor is different. Besides if you ran uberdata, hondata, etc. and had your car tuned, you would make more horsepower, and your car would be more reliable.
