on my first gen BOV in my 94 civic.......is this how to hook it up? to the little breather looking thing on the intake manifold

 

hook it up to any vacuum source after the throttle body, you can tee it off the fpr... even though your pic is blurry it seems its hooked to your purge selenoid its incorrect. tee it off your fuel pressure regulator

 

No, that is not how you should hook it up.

Hook it up to a normal vacuum souce. The vacuum to your FPR, T it off from there and whoola. Correct vacuum.
