99 Si factory fog light info needed.

I just picked up a 99 Si, that has factory fog lights. However, the interior switch, has no plug/wires going into it. I was wondering if anybody has a FSM that they could tell me the plug color, or wire colers, etc. I have found a set of 4 wires, that have been cut. So I am wondering if that is the power source.
