it appears that your passenger side headlight is aimed a little too high

It could be... Check the headlight..

i have my oem bulbs and my pattern has been way off ever since i did the diy ctr headlights. it seems my drivers side bulb is on high beam when on low beam and really really high beam on high beam. basically my drivers side bulb sticks out more. what should i do

there are adjustment screws, that change the position of the lamp in relation to its mounts, there should be one horizontal, and one vertical adjuster
