I took my car to the shop after hours spent trying to find my problem. My axels rattle when i go over bumps, since my recent accident. The shop told me that it was my bushings, but then they told me that honda doesn't sell just the bushings, that I would have to get a whole new control arm. is that true? and if not where can i get a nice set of bushings for a decent price. thanks in advance

 

Yes, that is true, Honda is no longer selling just the bushings...

as well as extensive searching on this site for pros and cons of urethane LCA bushings, etc....

 

if you are still lookong to buy bushings. I was told I had to replace them too. and that it would be the same price as a new control arm. so I looked at several companies and I found Megan racing has control arms on ebay so I bought those, no problems , they came to about $80, included brand new bushings and came in silver, red, or blue anodized finish.

 

I heard the Megan Racing LCA's bushings don't last too long and go bad fairly quick.
