I asked the guy if it was a 5speed he said yes so i gave him money that night but it was really a 4 speed i asked the guy to keep the car dont deliver it after my dad signed some papers he said hes going to buy 10-15 hondas this week he will call me if he finds and good ones

i was just wondering , theres still more paperwork but if i have the receipt and he has my money can i still get a refund?

but it turned out to be a standard hathcback i already gave the guy the money but didnt fill out all the paperwork and i still have my receipt i was wondering if i cant get a refund ??

i am confused as hell by this post but..for some reason i'm going to try and help..who is "this guy" you keep referring to..a dealer?..an individual selling their car?? sounds like he's at least "posing as a dealer" if he's buying more cars..did you even see the car first before giving someone the money??if your dad is involved somehow i would be asking him these questions(unless of course you feel like you screwed up buying the first car and you're trying to avoid him)if "these papers" you're referring to is the title and whatnot..you just bought yourself a car..but..who knows man..post more info and try to include details that make sense here on earth as well as mars, thank you.

 

I understood what you were saying. Legally he has to give you your money back because he lied to you about what you were buying.
