LOL I ran into this same problem when I was gutting my car, I got tired and just ripped them out. I am sure there is another way......and my seats were not in good cond. so it did not really matter that I made them worse Anyone know the real way?

there is a bolt , i believe it's 14mm in the middle of the seats. you undo that . then there are these little clips in the side you have to push in.

Yes, you just have to push in the clips for the top ones, they come out easy. Pop off the top lock, swivel it down halfway, push the clips on the bottom left/right and get it out.

For the bench you unbolt the 10mm in the middle on that hook, then pull up real hard to pop out the metal clips on the sides. Use a 17mm to unbolt the seatbelt stuff, but I would recommend putting the bolts back in the holes... not sure what's down there.

The bench is just foam so it's not that heavy, but the seat backs weigh in pretty hefty.
