I'm thinking about doing the DIY grounding for the EG chassis...i kinda have an idea on what to do, but where are you guys getting the 8 gauge wires from? I heard Radio Shacks gottem' for pretty cheap, but i don't think they'll look anything like the ones i've seen. Also heat-shrinks and gold connectors. Could all of this stuff be found at Radio Shack or American?

Do the alternator wires and the starter wires or you're just wasting your time.

 

any local shops? autozone didn't have 8 gauges...

They all hold up with a car lovers best friend "Zip Ties" lots and lots of them
