Turn Lights On & All Brake Lights Go On????????

when i have the lights off all tail lights seem to work fine. although i do have 1 bulb out. when the headlights are turned on all the brake lights are also on. 93 civic ex with stock wing. Anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks in advance!

change the bad bulb, all the bulbs are dual filament and it causes too much current when the lights are on with a bad bulb.

What the hell? you have a short somewhere, there was a couple posts about this about a month ago try searching for them and see what they did.
