Hello again

I`m still recovering my ITR. And I have one more question. Maybe someone knows is the USDM an EDM ITR hatch the same? I want to order a used USDM hatch for my EDM ITR.

Yes, a USDM hatch should fit fine.

 

Only real difference will be holes in it. US has 2 holes on the left side where the silver "Acura" badge is displayed and UK (I assume european will be the same) has no holes for the silver "HONDA" badge.

good info i thought they'd be the same thing..

 

and the sticker placement might be on the hatch instead of the filler between the bumper& lights.

 

The sticker ain`t a problem for me So everything else should fit fine?

you set on going new? if not, i have a hatch in awesome condition from a 99 LS in green. i have dhl so i can ship it. i dont know how much it would be to ship to Europe, but it seems as though you have to get it form here anyways so just let me know if you are interested. 75 plus shipping and it comes with the stock non-R spoiler.

Will my old ITR`s inside panels fit on it?

 

if the usdm R hatch will fit, this hatch will fit too. also. it is complete with panels too

 

So the only difference is the sticker?!
I hope there will be no problems connecting window heating or wiper?

 

theres 2 USDM ITR hatches; dont forget the 97 was different.

 

as per http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org (keep in mind all this is is the bare shell. you still need all mechanisms and liners, etc)-
42712 is for the same hatch I have (but bare). It retails at 602.25
42708 is for the 2000 USDM Type R bare hatch. same price
