ok fellas...need help here...a close friend of mine needs a laptop asap...have $$$ in hand. here are specs we'd like to have with the laptop:

Pentium 4 over 2 GHz CPU at least
256 mb of memory at least
HD space is neglegible...doesn't matter right now
Must have CDRW/DVDRW/DVD/CD
USB ports (at least 2)
built in NIC or have PCMCIA card in working condition
15"-17" screen at least
OS should be XP home or Pro
System/Application back up CD's

i'm in socal so local pick up preferred on the laptop. i'm going to do a full system inspection prior to purchasing the laptop for both party's protection. thanks in advance.

 

its not a laptop but its one hell of a desktop.. just a few specs.. its a HP with 3.6GHZ.. with 1 GB ram brand new.. just took it out of the box tonight to take a look at it

its on circuit city right now for $2200 for just the pc(tower).. no monitor.. its brand new i just took it out of te box to take a look at it... im going to see how much i can get for it.. i dont have a set price
