nos wet plate kit install
for those of u running the nos wet plate 75-200shot about how hard is it to install these kits? how many hours will i be expecting to put in? knowing the manifold is coming out i've never done a project outside of basic bolt ons. wat can go wrong? wat to be careful for?
i didnt do mine at the time.. but take your time.. since your taking out the manifold.. you want to make sure you dont drop ANYTHING in the engine...
start with the smallest jets i think it's a 75shot.. and go from there..
i used the 75shot for almost a year.. worked great no problems other than those stupid tabs that hold the solinoids.. tend to snap over time from teh bouncing...

I have a 98 cx w/gsr swap, and I am running the plate system. I would plan on your car being down for at least a weekend(two full days of work). The new brackets that support the intake manifold are a pain in the *** to get all of them to line up.

they dont break at a certain timeframe but in the one year i had the kit, i replaced both the tabs that hold the solinoids.. (bracket like plates) on my wet kit.. twice druing the year..
i just bougth some flexible metal drywall hinge stuff and cut it to a small lenght.. you just want to replace it with somethign that has some flex to it.. mad vibration isnt' good for the solinoids.. (at least for us peeps who cant afford to rebuild motors every race like the big boys)...
