Default Engine Check Light

Aight. I have a 98 Gsr. I went to Autozone and checked the code thing. P0420 and in the book it says that it could be an engine oil leak, cat below threshold, or vaccum leak. Then people are telling me its my o2 censors or its the cat. Does anyone know?!

I'd say cat or 2nd O2 sensor. Check your warranty book - isn't it 8yr/80k miles for emmissions warranty???

2nd O2 sensor?

i was just under my car yesterday, and there was only 1 i noticed, which was right in front of the cat.

don't all OBD1 (pre 96) cars have only 1 O2 sensor?

Yeah, but the *only* O2 sensor on a '95 GSR is down at the inlet of the cat. So if you don't know your car really well maybe you think that's the 2nd one...

Besides, how can a '95 car display P0420??
