Default What to do about TDC Position CEL#8

Since the search function is down now,
i came back to my car last night and it didnt start, so i popped the clutch and the whole way home and since i have been getting a tdc position sensor code.
what do i need to look for in the distributor to find what has gone ba??

1 more thing, i have a external kill switch and my girlfriends sisters husband was palying with it when i wasnt there, could that have shorted it out or something?

no not the cap. the tdc sensor is in the dist. if it is bad you would either have to change dists or that part but now since whole dists are cheap you could just get a whole dist

that mean the problem is not gone. everytime you turn off the car and turn on the light on the dash will go away but the ecu will store the code until it is fixed and the ecu is reset.
