i don't think it will work. i tried this with a d16y7 and the engine didn't have any bolt holes built out far enough on the block. in other words, the intermediate shaft had nothing to bolt to, no holes that could have been tapped, and it didn't have any metal on the back of the block that could have supported it.
well im good with medal so i could build a bracket and also the z6 has a huge dead space that is really thick right there i think if i remember tight from the installation.
