crx domelight mods anybody?

anybody done anything to their domelight to make it brighter
or are there any mods out there like superbright bulbs or something, mine might as well not be there its soo dim

I use a NAPA bulb #12100 which is slightly larger and brighter..
BUT..don't leave it on for very long because it will probably melt the housing..

i think there are jdm map lights, like in integras.
it'd be nice to have some light up where you need it, instead of having to reach all the way back there for a dome light.

I got my maplight for 30 shipped from japan off ebay because it had a small scratch on the lens. It was really easy to wire up and the light shines right into your lap like a little spotlight. Its really neat! I would suggest one but I would never pay 80+dollars for it.

I went to a ricer shop and picked up some Japanese brand "Super Bright Blue" blub. It pretty much tripled the output of light over the normal amount but if you are sitting in the drivers seat looking at the floor you can see anything. I also got a map light that plugs into my cigarette lighter which is about as bright. Those 2 together do the trick most of the time.
