Installing Fake J's Intake
I'm Installing a fake j's racing intake on my 92 d15b7. Do i need this metal piece that has 3 hoses attached to it or can i just run the red hose from the intake to the crankcase breather
i just ran the read hose to the block, i think this is what u have to do if u dont have that little adapter that some intakes come with that allows that metal piping to slide into the hole in the aftermarket Piping.
you can take it out and bypass it with breather hose from the intake to valve cover and heater hose for the coolant line(s). It is just there to basically make it all look clean.

Are you sure that hose was connected to the intake?
